摘要
为了减少Nb微合金化钢连铸异型坯表面裂纹缺陷,研究了Nb微合金化钢的高温塑性,并结合工业性试验,对Nb微合金化钢异型坯连铸二冷工艺制度进行了优化;另外对结晶器用保护渣的理化性能进行了改进,大大提高了Nb微合金化钢连铸异型坯表面质量。
The hot ductility of continuous casting beam blank containing Nb was stud ied.According to the results and industry experiment ,the second cooling intensity of beam blank continuous casting is optimiz ed.In addition,the physical and chemical properties of mould powder is improved.Through op timization of the process,the surface crack of beam blank is reduced greatl y.
