微合金化钢连铸板坯角横裂纹的影响因素 被引量:8

摘要 通过对含铌、钒、钛微合金化钢连铸板坯的硫印数据进行统计分析,得出了角横裂纹的影响因素,提出了角横裂纹的控制措施,即硫含量应控制在0.004%以下,锰含量为上限,磷含量为0.007%~0.018%,过热度为10~30℃,拉速控制为1.1m/min,开发合适的二冷配水制度,提高铸机设备精度。 Through statistics and analysis on sulfur print data of continuous casting micro-alloying slab with Nb, V and Ti, the factors leading to transverse corner cracks are obtained. The control measures are proposed, that is, S, Mn and P contents should be controlled at less than 0.004 %, upper limit value and between 0.007 % and 0.018 %, respectively, overheating degree is 10~30℃, drawing speed is 1.1m/min and suitable secondary cooling water distribution schedule and high device precision of caster are alto needed.
