摘要
在新建或改建的各种加热炉和退火炉中,燃烧控制系统控制方式已由原来的比值、串并联控制发展到采用单交叉、双交叉限幅控制。本文分析了燃烧控制系统中交叉限幅的偏置系数的设置及作用,对冶金行业用户改善燃烧控制技术有一定的参考价值。
In a new combustion control system of the reheating or annealing furnaces, the single or double cross limit system is adopted instead of the ratio or parallel/serial ones. This paper analyses the setting of the cross limit offsets and its effect. It would be useful to improve the performance of combustion control in the metallurgical plants.
