摘要
不锈钢焊管钨极氩弧焊不填充焊丝时,焊缝成形系数(熔宽/熔深)是影响焊缝质量的主要参数。通过分析焊接电流、电弧电压和焊接速度三者与焊缝成形系数关系以及它们之间的相互制约关系,给出了实际焊缝成形系数计算公式,绘制了焊接电流—焊接速度关系曲线图。
When the stainless steel pipe is welded by TIG with no-filler metal, the main parameter which affects the welding quality is the form factor of weld (weld width/penetration). In this paper, the interaction of three welding conditions, welding current, arc voltage and welding speed, and the relationship between the three welding conditions and the form factor of weld are analyzed. The calculation formula for practical form factor of weld is presented. The relation curve between the welding current and the welding speed is also drawn.
