摘要
考查表明,我国高炉喷吹烟煤正处于发展时期,尚待完善。热风炉烟气作为干燥剂用于制备烟煤粉系统,是一项安全节能措施。本文针对马钢二铁和鞍钢第二煤粉制备车间的热风炉烟气干燥剂系统存在问题,介绍了安钢球磨机制备烟煤粉中的干燥剂供给系统设计情况。
Inspections show that bituminous coal powder injection into blast furnace of China is in a period of developing and on the way to perfection. Employing fume from hot-blast stove as dry agent for the system of preparing powder of bituminous coal is a safe and energy-saving measure. In the paper, with aim at problems existing in the system of using fume from hot-blast stove as dry agent in Iron Works No. 2 of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co. and coal powder preparation shops No, 2 of Anshan Iron and Steel Co. , design of drying agent supplying system in ball crusher preparing powder of bituminous coal of Anyang Iron and Steel Co. is introduced.
