高炉喷吹烟煤粉的爆炸压力及影响因素的研究

摘要 作者设计了粉尘爆炸压力测定装置。实验说明适当控制烟煤含水量可以降低爆炸强度,延长爆炸延续时间,并证实不同煤种均存在一个界限浓度,有些煤种十分明显,而有些煤种范围较宽。对大同烟煤不同粒度煤粉实验表明,应选择合适粒度范围,既减小爆炸的危险,又燃烧得比较完全。 Explosion pressure of pulverized coal was measured with the newly designed laboratoryaparatus.It has been verified that explosion intensity can be reduced and explosion retainedtime can also be prolonged by centrolling properly the moisture content in bituminous coal.Itis discovered that each kind of coal has a critical range of concentration,some narrew andothers wide.It is shown with experiment on Datong bituminous coal of different sizes that pro-per size range should be chosen in order to decrease explosion and at the same time to givegood combustion.
