摘要
目的探讨严重骨质疏松后骨折病人的治疗方法。方法本院自1993年1月至2000年12月应用钢板、髓内针等内固定加骨水泥填塞的方法治疗严重骨疏松并发骨折的高龄患者7例。结果经1～6年的随访,内固定均稳定,骨折端愈合良好,局部未出现断裂等严重的并发症,患肢功能恢复较满意。结论选择性应用内固定加骨水泥填塞法可以解决部分严重骨疏松并发骨折患者固定难的问题。
Objective To discuss the treatment of severe post-osteoporosis bone fracture.Meth ods 7old patients with severe osteo-porosis complicated with bone fracture were managed with internal fixation plus bone cement plugging at author's our hospital from1993Jan to2000Dec.Re sults All patients recovery were followed-up1～6years with stable fixation,excellent healing of fracture and satisfac-tory improvement of extremity function.Con clu sion Internal fixation plus bone cement plugging can resolve some fixation difficulties in patients with severe post-osteoporosis bone fracture.[
