摘要
目的 探索中空加压螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折方法及临床疗效。方法 X线光机下,股骨颈骨折手法复位成功后,经股骨外侧向股骨头打入三枚导针,旋入三枚中空加压螺钉内固定。并对其随访及临床分析。结果随访得71例,有66例骨折愈合、髋关节活动正常、无疼痛或有轻微的疼痛、不影响工作和生活,占93.0%。骨折不愈合5例,占7.0%。股骨头坏死6例,占8.5%。结论 中空加压螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折手术创伤小,固定可靠,疗效好,股骨颈骨折不愈合和股骨头坏死率低。
Objective To study the method and the effect of internal fixation with three hollow-compression-screw for femoral neck fracture .Methods 86 cases of femoral neck fracture were treatedwith closed reduction and internal fixation with three-hollow-compression-screw. Results 71 caseswere obtained in follow-up group. The average follow-up were 26 months, the excellent and good resultswere 93%. Femoral head necrosis occurred in 6 cases (8.5%). Non-union were 5 cases (7%).ConclusionThe therapeutic method has many advantage such as easy to operate, reliable fixation and satisfactoryeffect. Femoral head necrosis and Non-union were reduce.
