摘要 C666是一株通过精原细胞法筛选出来的链霉菌.其发酵液中具有3个抗菌作用不同的组分,其中仅抗生素C666A有抗精原细胞的活性,同时具有抗真菌活性.本文仅报告3个组分的分离及A组分的化学鉴别,其余两组分因发酵含量甚微而未做鉴别. 1 材料和仪器 GDX-104大孔吸附树脂, 颗粒活性碳,Sephadex LH-20(上海生化试剂厂进口,分装).所用试剂均为分析纯.Shimadzu UV-240紫外分光光度仪;Shimadzu IR-435红外光谱仪;JEOL DX-300质谱仪;JEOL FX-100磁共振仪(100兆).
