摘要
目的 :考察室温下 8h内 ,左氧氟沙星注射液与维生素C配伍稳定性。方法 :采用紫外分光光度仪测定配伍后 0～ 8h内左氧氟沙星的含量变化 ,紫外吸收光谱的变化及稳定性。结果 :室温下 8h内 ,左氧氟沙星注射液与维生素C配伍后外观、含量、pH均无显著变化。 结论
Objective:To investigate the compatibility of levofloxacin ingecfion combined with vitamin C.Method:The content change of levofloxacin ingection within 0 8 hours under room temperature after combination of both drugs by UV spectrophotometry.Result:A significant change of appearence and conent had not been observed within 8 hours under room temperature,when the both drugs were combined.Conclusion:It is stable within 8 hours under room temperature after the both drugs combined.
