摘要
目的:研究塑料输液袋和输液管对硝酸异山梨酯的吸附性。方法:采用HPLC法对硝酸异山梨酯在玻璃瓶、塑料输液袋及输液管中的含量变化进行了研究,并且比较了不同的温度对其吸附程度的影响。结果:硝酸异山梨酯在玻璃瓶中非常稳定,且不受温度影响;在塑料容器中吸附较强,尤其在注入硝酸异山梨酯的即刻时间,吸附更明显,20℃时其即刻浓度仅为配制浓度的75%,且温度增高,吸附相应增强。在10℃和20℃时,硝酸异山梨酯在输液塑料袋中放置1h时,其浓度为配制浓度的89%和67%,放置24h时,其浓度为配制浓度的79%和46%。结论:建议临床在输注硝酸异山梨酯时避免使用塑料输液袋,应选用传统的玻璃瓶进行输注为宜。
Objective: To study the adsorption of isosorbide dinitrate by plastic infusion bag and tube. Methods: Concentrations of isosorbide dinitrate were determined in different vessels and at different temperatures by HPLC method. Results: Isosorbide dinitrate was very stable in glass bottle, however, it was remarkably adsorbed by plastic bag and tube. Adsorption was increased with the rise of temperature. Conclusion: It is suggested that glass bottle should be used for isosorbide dinitrate infusion.
