盐酸吡硫醇粉针剂在四种输液中的稳定性 被引量:9

摘要 目的:考察盐酸吡硫醇在0.9%NaCl、5%GS、10%GS、5%GNS中的稳定性,判断其与发生静脉炎的相关性。方法:用上述4种溶剂配制浓度为0.04%的盐酸吡硫醇溶液,常温下放置0、0.5、1、2、4、6、8 h,采用HPLC法测定其含量。结果:盐酸吡硫醇以上述4种输液稀释,并在常温下放置8 h含量无变化。结论:盐酸吡硫醇与上述输液配伍,8 h内含量稳定,与静脉炎发生无直接关系。 Objective: To study the stability of pyritinol hydrochloride in 0. 9% sodium chloride solution, 5% glucose solution, 10% glucose solution and 5% glucose and sodium chloride solution. To analyze the relation between phlebitis and the stability of pyritinol hydrochloride in infusion solutions. Methods: Pyritinol hydrochloride pulveres were dissolved in 4 kinds of solutions to make a concentration of 0. 04%. Concentrations in 8 h during staying at normal temperature were determined by HPLC method. Results: There was no change in concentration of pyritinol hydrochloride in above solutions. So these solutions were stable in 8 h. Conclusion: The phlebitis induced by pyritinol hydrochloride is not related to its stability in infusion solution.
