摘要
在体外循环心脏手术中 ,由于血液与非生理性异物接触而诱发全身炎症反应 ,可引起多种酶、炎性介质、自由基、细胞因子等的释放增加 ,再加上缺血、缺氧 ,可导致心、肺、肾、肝等重要器官的损害。乌司他丁 (ulinastatin)系成年健康男性尿液中提取出的尿胰蛋白酶抑制剂 ,具有广谱抑酶活性。它能抑制多种酶的释放及其活性 ,稳定溶酶体膜 ,清除自由基 ,因而可以起到保护机体重要器官的作用。
During heart procedure, systemic inflammatory reaction is occurred for the contacting between blood and nonphysiological materials,resulting the release of many kinds of enzymes,inflammatory mediators,free radicals and cytokins.This reaction can impair the function of many important organs in human.Ulinastatin, a urinary trypsin inhibitor, can inhibit the release of many enzymes,suppress their activities and clean free radicals. Ulinastatin may play an important role in protection of human organ function during and after cardiac surgery
