摘要
目的 探讨链球菌制剂SM对荷瘤小鼠红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 将昆明种小鼠制成荷瘤模型 ,随机分为肿瘤治疗组和未治疗组 ,同时设健康对照 ,分别给予链球菌制剂SM或PBS治疗 ,从小鼠眼房静脉窦取血 ,采用红细胞酵母菌混合花环法 ,检测S180荷瘤小鼠红细胞C3b受体花环率 (RBC -C3bRR)、红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC -ICR)和直向肿瘤红细胞花环率 (RBC -TR)。结果 S180荷瘤小鼠红细胞RBC -C3bRR、RBC -ICR和RBC -TR分别为 5 .5 0± 1.6 8% ,19.38± 4 .6 5 %和 8.78± 3.82 %。经链球菌制剂SM治疗后 ,则分别为 10 .2 5± 2 .0 % ,12 .6 3± 3.79%和 14 .80± 5 .74 %。两者比较具有显著性差异。结论 链球菌制剂SM能明显提高S180荷瘤小鼠红细胞免疫功能。
Objective To study the relationship between the function of erythrocytoimmunity of bearing sarcoma-180 mice and the Streptococcal preparation .Methods The mice transplanted with sarcoma-180 cells were randomly classified into the treated and untreated groups.The former were given Streptococcal preparation SM or PBS,respectively.The red blood cells were then taken from the eye vein of the mice. The C3b receptor ratio (RBC- C3bRR),the immune complex ratio(RBC-ICR)and the adhesion to tumor cell ratio(RBC-TR)were detected by the method of rose formation of mixture culture of the red cell and yeast.Results In the untreated group ,the ratio of RBC- C3bRB, RBC-ICR and RBC-TR were 5.50±1.68%,19.38±4.65% and 8.78±3.82%, respectively. While in the treated group ,they were 10.25±2.0%,12.63±3.79% and 14.80±5.74%. These was significant difference between these two groups.Conclusion The results suggested that the Streptococcal preparation SM could increase the erythrocytoimmunity function of bearing sarcoma-180 mice.
