摘要
阐述了双晶单色器微调机构的基本原理,对其关键零件柔性铰链的设计作了详细介绍,利用计算机进行优化计算,应用有限元法对柔性铰链作了应力与变形分析。结果表明,有限元分析的计算值与实验测量值接近,说明采用柔性铰链的微调机构能满足精度要求。
This article expounds the fundamental principle of the micro-adjustment mechanism and introduces the design of the key parts-flexible hinges in detail. This article applies opti-mization calculation according to a computer and finite element analyses of the stress and transformation to flexible hinges. It is shown that the calculation value of finite element analysis method and the result from measurement are similar. It proves that the accuracy can be met with the micro-adjustment mecha-nism of flexible hinges.
