摘要
介绍了上海光源高通量光束线中水冷单色器的工作原理,描述了运动控制系统的软硬件结构,阐述了在EPICS环境下如何实现多种设备的应用,实现了单色器单轴运动控制、高度补偿联动控制以及单色器姿态参数保存等功能。测试结果表明,单色器运动控制系统的各项指标达到设计要求。
It introduces the principle of the water -cooled Double Crystal Monochromator (DCM) in the high flux beam line of SSRF(Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility ).It describes the application of some control devices with EPICS.The control system accomplishes the functions of controlling the single axis motion , multi-axis cooperation motion and saving the parameters of the positions .The experimental results show that the control system achieves the design goals .
