摘要
介绍攀钢连铸中间罐连续测温系统的工艺特点,利用该系统实测中间罐钢液温度及其变化过程。测试结果表明:与快速微型热电偶点测温度相比,测温偏差≤±2℃、BN保护管使用寿命8~10h、测温探头温度响应时间<30s。研究结果有利于操作者适时掌握钢水温度变化情况,制定合理的拉坯工艺制度,减少水口凝钢或因钢水温度高发生的拉漏事故。
Technological features of continuous temperature measuring system are described in this paper. Actual temperature profiles of molten steel in tundish are measured by use of it. It is shown that the accuracy is ±2℃ ,and the service of BN outer protector tube is 8 ~ 10 hours,and the response time is 30 seconds.The real-time temperature profiles form an important basis for instituting reasonable scheme of casting speed . In this way, steel freezing or breakout caused by excessive superheat can be reduced.
