摘要
对薄板成形应变场的传统的测量方法进行了研究 ,指出其不足和误差的来源 ,并提出了数字图像分析法测量薄板成形中的应变场 ,对测量原理 ,新的测量方法对老方法的改进 ,以及如何降低误差进行了介绍 ,指出了这种方法的前景 。
This work explores the traditional method of measuring stress field of deforming plate, and points out the shortage of the old method. And it gives a method based on Digital Image Analysis to measure the stress field of deforming plate. The principle of the method is given. It also gives the improvement of the new method. And finally it not only shows the future of the method, but points how to improve the method.
