摘要
针对钢轨螺栓孔冷扩张过程,总结了相关的残余应力预测理论模型和研究结果,给出了一种基于冷扩张过程中应变场测量的半理论半实验应力分析方法,结合磁弹法和应力释放法,从实验的角度,测量并分析了钢轨螺栓孔冷扩张后残余应力场的大小、分布规律,建立了钢轨螺栓孔冷扩张后残余应力场的大小、分布与扩孔率的关系,为制定钢轨螺栓孔冷扩张工艺提供了依据。
Focused on rail bolt hole cold expansion,the paper summarized the theoretical prediction models and results for residual stress analysis on related problems,and developed a stress analyzing method based on both strain measurement during the process of cold expansion and elastic plastic theory.Based on the proposed method in combination with the elasto magnetic method and stress relief measurement,detailed experimental study on the residual stress surrounding the cold expanded rail bolt hole is performed,and the distribution of residual stress as well as its relationship with cold expansion rate is established,thus providing a basis for working out cold expansion technology for rail bolt holes.The adaptability and limitaion of theoretical prediction are also analyzed by comparing the theoretical and experimental results.
