摘要
经济的竞争日益表现为对人力资源的竞争,其实质是人力资源管理制度的竞争,进行制度创新应该成为增强我国人力资源竞争优势的关键。
Competition in economy actually re flects human resource competition,and its substance is the competition of management syste m on the human resource.Therefore,s ystem innovation should be-come the key to strengthen our competitive advantage of human resource.
