摘要
德育是素质教育的灵魂 ,坚持以德治教、以德修己、以德育人的思想 ,是专业课教师教书育人的根本所在。本文从专业课教师应具有的德育品质 ,即爱生之心、育生之德、导生之行、教生之能四个方面 ,讨论了教师德育观的确立。
Moral education is the soul of quality education. Making unremitting efforts in education with virtue, cultivating oneself with virtue, educating people in ethics is of basic importance for teachers of specialized courses in their work of imparting knowledge and educating people.The article discusses the forming of teachers' moral educational outlook in four aspects, that is, teacher's love for students, teachers' virtue to educate students with, teachers' behavior to conduct students. These are the moral quality that teachers should have.
