摘要
融资问题是制约我国中小民营企业发展的重要因素。在其外部融资环境欠佳 ,融资渠道狭窄的情况下 ,充分运用内源融资方式 ,缓解资金需求就变得既重要又现实。中小民营企业应正确的认识内源融资的重要性 ,加强财务管理、向管理要资金 ,从产权出发、走现代企业委托代理制 ,同时政府也应制定相应的激励政策 。
Financing is a barrier to the development of private SMEs in China. Facing the poor environments and the lack of channels, they have to make full use of self-financing to raise enough fund for further development. Private SMEs should be fully aware of the importance of self-financing and strengthen financial management. Meanwhile the government should set up relevant laws to facilitate such practice.
