摘要
民营企业融资难一直是制约其发展的瓶颈,本文在分析了民营企业融资的主要方式及现状的基础上,对民营企业融资难的成因进行了解读,并相应的提出破解难题的对策。
China has taken solid steps forward on the road of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, in this term, the development of individually - run enterprises get more attention of society. However, the difficulty in raising funds has been a major factor restricting the development of individually - run enterprises. On the base of analyzing the main way of individually- run enterprises financing, the present situation, and the cause of problems, author put forward several measures solving the problem as solution.
