摘要
目的了解冰袋压迫冷敷对眼部整容手术后伤口止血、消肿、消瘀的效果。方法将门诊 12 0例眼部整容术的病人分成观察组与对照组各 6 0例。观察组于术后 2 4h内在伤口局部使用冰袋压迫冷敷 ,对照组不使用冰袋。分别于术后第 3、6天比较两组伤口及其周围组织的创伤反应、伤口恢复情况。结果观察组组织创伤反应较对照组明显降低 (χ2 =13.2 9,P <0 .0 0 1) ;伤口愈合明显优于对照组 (χ2 =6 0 5 ,P <0 0 5 )。结论眼部整容术后在伤口局部放置冰袋压迫冷敷 ,可减轻伤口局部充血或出血 ,降低组织的创伤反应 ,减轻水肿 ,对促进伤口早期愈合 。
Objective To know the effectiveness of ice bag cold compress promoting the healing of eye cosmesis wound. Methods One hundred and twenty out patients undergoing eye cosmesis were randomly divided into observation group ( n =60) and control group ( n =60). In the observation group, the patients were subjected to the local ice bag compress of the wound, while no ice bag compress was used in the control group. The traumatic reaction of the wound and its adjacent tissue and the wound healing were compared between the two groups at the 3rd and 6th postoperative day. Results The traumatic reaction of tissue in the observation group was decreased as compared with that in the control group (χ 2=13 29, P <0.001), and the wound healing was superior to that in the control group (χ 2=6.06, P <0 05).Conclusion Local ice bag compress to the wound following eye cosmesis could alleviate the hyperemia or bleeding, decrease the traumatic reaction of tissue and edema, which is beneficial to the early recovery of the wound and shortening the operative recovery period.
