摘要
目的探讨对糖尿病视网膜病变玻璃体切割术患者实施护理干预的临床效果。方法对笔者所在科室2008年1～12月25例行玻璃体切割术的糖尿病视网膜病变患者实施围术期的护理干预措施。结果本组患者均顺利完成手术,伤口恢复良好,取得满意的疗效。住院时间7～16d,平均(11.2±4.8)d。结论通过对患者术前、术后细致的护理,减轻了患者的痛苦及并发症的发生,提高了手术治愈率,促进了患者视力的恢复。
Objective To investigate clinical effects of nursing intervention for cutting of diabetic retinopathy vitreous surgery for patients with diabetic retinopathy vitrectomy.Methods 25 cases with diabetic retinopathy which were treated with vitrectomy perioperative in our department from January to December 2008 were given nursing interventions.Results 24 cases of DR patients had good efficacy and achieved high success rate.Hospitalization time was 7 to16 days,and the average was（11.2 ± 4.8） days.Conclusion The preoperative and postoperative meticulous care can alleviate the suffering of patients and the incidence of complications,improve the cure rate and promote the recovery of visual acuity.
