摘要
目的 :调查湖南高校学生的性观念和艾滋病相关知识 ,为制定相应对策寻找科学依据。方法 :参考KABP调查设计问卷 ,对湖南高校理、工、医、文各专业 1 999级和 2 0 0 0级大学本、专科学生进行匿名问卷调查。结果 :82 5名调查对象中部分人性观念相当开放 ,认可婚前性行为、多性伴、婚外情、同性爱、同性性行为和商业性性行为。多数人对艾滋病一般知识和预防知识有一定了解 ,但对某些问题仍存在误解。在如何对待艾滋病病毒感染者的态度方面存在明显分歧。结论 :湖南高校部分学生的性观念中存在传播艾滋病的高危因素 ;对艾滋病的相关知识虽有一定了解 ,但仍需进一步提高和普及 ;继续加强对湖南高校学生的性教育和艾滋病知识教育、特别是端正对艾滋病病毒感染者的态度方面 ,还有许多工作要做。
Objectives: To study sexual sense and AIDS knowledge of Hunan college students. Methods: According to KABP survey, the college students from four colleges in Hunan Province were investigated by anonymous questionnaires. Results: Eight hundred and twenty five college students answered questionnaires. Parts of them agreed before marriage and unmarriage sexual activities, multipartners, homosexual and commercial sexunal activities. More than eighty percents investigated students had some AIDS knowledge but not know well. Conclusion: There are some high sick factors for AIDS transmission in the part of Hunan college students. They have some AIDS knowledge but not know well. It will be very necessary to improve Hunan college students' level of AIDS knowledge and sexual health education, and correct their attitudes for HIV carriers and AIDS patients.
