摘要
对云南省２２５７名大学生有关性态度和性行为及健康需求进行调查，结果表明，有１４．３％的大学生已有性交体验，５１．９％的男生和７４．２％的女生不赞成婚前发生性关系，６３．３％的大学生认为正确使用避孕套可以避孕和预防性病、艾滋病，只有２６．２％的男生和６．０％的女生知道如何使用避孕套。绝大多数学生愿意更多地了解有关艾滋病知识。因此，当务之急应在大学生中大力开展预防艾滋病的健康教育，加强健康指导和心理咨询。
In this study,2 257 students in three university of Yunnan province were investigated on sexual attitude,sexual behaviors and health requirement.The results indicate that 14.3% of the students had sexual intercourse,51.9% of male and 74.2% of female were disagree with sexual behavior before marriage,63.3% of them knew that condom is a contraceptive tool and can prevent STDs and AIDS,only 26.2% male and 6.0% female knew how to use condom.The majority of the students wants to learn more about the AIDS.Therefore,it is urgent to reinforce the health education on AIDS prevention in university and promote the health guidance and consultant for university′s students.
