摘要
目的:探讨IL-2基因转导能否改变卵巢癌细胞对化疗药物的敏感性。方法:用MTT法测定导入人IL-2基因的卵巢癌细胞对化学治疗药物顺铂、阿霉素、泰素及足叶乙甙治疗的敏感性及IC_50,以导入新霉素基因的卵巢癌细胞系及野生型卵巢癌细胞系为对照。结果:IL-2基因转移使SKOV3细胞对上述化疗药物治疗的敏感性有所提高,但仅对VP-16治疗敏感性的提高差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:IL-2基因导入SKOV3细胞没有降低其对实验药物治疗的敏感性。
ve:To evaluate the effect of human interleukin 2 (IL-2) gene transfer on the chemotherapeutic sensitivity of ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3. Methods: MTT reduction assay was engaged to evaluate IL-2 cDNA modified SKOV3 cell to cisplatin, adrimycin, taxol and VP-16, as Neo gene modified and the wide type SKOV3 cell for control. IC50 was calculated. Results: IL-2 gene modified SKOV3 cell was more sensitive to VP-16 treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion: IL-2 gene modification does not depress the sensitivity of ovarian cancer cell to the chemotherapeutic treatment.
