摘要
利用二次高斯和的性质 ,给出一个二次高斯和 G(n,p1p2 )的精确计算公式 ,并得到了计算二次高斯和的一种方法。
The main purpose of this paper is to give an accurate calculation formula for the quadratic Gauss sums,and a method of how to calculate this sums.
