摘要
党和国家的领导制度必须随着时代的发展和实践的需要不断地进行改革和完善。在新世纪改革和完善党和国家领导制度 ,对于发展社会主义民主政治 ,建设社会主义法治国家 ,保证社会主义市场经济的发展具有重要意义。改革和完善党和国家领导制度 ,必须坚持共产党的领导和执政地位 ,必须立足中国国情 ,不照搬西方模式。在现阶段 ,主要改革和完善党和国家的领导方式、领导体制、治国方略 。
Party and country's leading institution must be reforming and perfecting with developing of time and need of practice constantly. In new century, it is of great significance to reform and perfect party and country's leading institution for developing socialist democracy, building socialist country ruled by law and ensuring socialist market economy's developing. When reforming and perfecting party and country's leading institution, we must uphold the China Communist Party's leading and being in power, must see the condition of China and not indiscriminately imitate western pattern. Now our main task is to reform and perfect the style of leadership, the system of leadership and the general plan of administering our country, to perfect cadre personal system and supervisory system.
