摘要我国的心理健康工作起步晚 ,但发展迅速 ,短短十几年的时间 ,就初步形成了较为繁荣的局面。但在繁荣的背后 ,我国的心理健康工作也存在着一些深层次的危机 ,主要是 :心理健康基础研究工作的极度薄弱 ;心理健康临床工作者专业水准的普遍低下与合适培养模式的缺乏 ;心理健康工作中一些不合理的混乱。透视我国的心理健康工作。 The practice of mental health has been developed rapidly and formed an prosperous situation in China,though it only has been more than ten years since it began. At the back of prosperous situation,there are some deeper crises.They are: a)the basic research in the mental health was extremely poor; b)low level in the profession and lack of suitable training model; c)some unreasonable confusion in the practice of mental health. Base on above analysis,the author gave some suggestions.
