在过去的数十年 ,MH Ni电池成功地实现了产业化 ,如何处理废弃的电池以减少环境的污染及有效再利用其中的金属材料是目前面临的一大课题。综述了国外在这方面的研究情况 ,对比三种针对不同回收目标的电池回收技术 (火法冶金、湿法冶金和正负极材料分别处理 ) ,并探讨了一种可能的回收技术。同时介绍了国内外MH
Ni MH battery has been commercialized successfully in the past decades. The processing method to the used cells and the recycling of the metal materials is an important problem for environment. Research on recycling metal materials from used Ni MH cells at abroad is reviewed. The three recycling methods aimed at various cells, i.e. the hydrometallurgy, the pyrometallurgy and the technology of recycling positive/negative material separately, are compared while a possible recycling technology is discussed. In addition, the state of art of recycling of MH Ni cells at home and abroad is introduced.
