In the United Kingdom, the government developed packaging regulations and proposed the goal of recycling and recovery for the nation and the companies. The total recycle and recovery rate of UK packaging waste has increased gradually through environmental protection consciousness, propaganda, economic measures and the establishment of the recovery system. And the level of the use and the recycle of packaging waste has been improved around the whole society.
