摘要
介绍了 10 0 k V ns级上升前沿 5 0 Ω负载的高压脉冲源的设计 ,它的组成、工作原理和主要参数 ,分析了影响脉冲前沿的因素 ,介绍了高压脉冲源并给出了 GTEM室中 ns级双指数波脉冲电场的测量波形 ,其上升前沿 tr<4ns,最佳状态 <3ns。
The assembly, operating principle and main parameters of a high voltage pulse power of 50 Ω loading, arising time of ns class and 100 kV were presented. The factors of influencing arising time was analyzed. Design, connecting and testing was described. The measuring wave of ns class and bi-exponent pulse field was given in a GTEM cell. There was t r<4 ns for pulse arising time. It was decreased to 3 ns at the optimum state.
