一种纳秒前沿高压脉冲源的设计方案 被引量:1

摘要 高压脉冲源在电气电子产品的电磁兼容性测试中有着广泛的应用.本设计采用升压斩波电路与直流高压电源相结合的方法,通过3级Marx发生器产生纳秒前沿的高压电磁脉冲.仿真结果表明,本方案所设计的脉冲源,使用3kV直流电压源即可产生前沿1.8-2.8ns,幅值约88kV的双指数脉冲. High-voltage pulse generator is widely used in the electromagnetic compatibility test of both electronic and electrical products. Combined boost circuit with high DC voltage generator,this design can produce high-voltage pulse through 3-level Marx generator. The simulation has proved that this design can generate 2ns rise time and 88KV peak voltage pulse when using 3KV DC voltage.
