摘要
高校学生工作是高等学校教育管理工作的重要组成部分,面临社会环境变化、素质教育要求、学生自身个体变化的新形势,必须转变观念,树立可持续发展观、主体意识观、服务意识观,确立学生工作新思路、新对策,探索学生工作新途径、新方法,充分发挥教育育人、管理育人、服务育人的功能。
Administration of students' work at higher school is an essential component of higher edu-cation administration. Under the new situation which the social environment has changed, and which educa-tion for all - round development, requires the new demand and which students have various individuality, traditional concepts should be geared to that of sustainable development and individual subject and service consciousness, new thinking way and strategy concerning management of student's work should be in vent-ed and adopted to make fall play of cultivating students with education and with management and service.
