摘要
用6O只LACA纯系成年雄性小鼠的睾丸,研究一组酶的代谢特点和分布规律及不同剂量氯化镍对其各种酶活性的影响。结果表明I型黄递酶主要见于间质细胞和晚期精子细胞;琥珀酸脱氢酶和细胞色素氧化酶见于晚期精子细胞;非特异性酯酶见于间质细胞;而5’-核(艹廿)酸酶主要见于围腔小室细胞。一次性腹腔注射不同剂量的氯化镍对睾丸酶活性未见显著影响。
The activity and distribution of metabolic enzymes for energy, purine and lipid were studied in testes of 60 LACL inbred adult male mice, of which 30 were treated with nickel chloride intraperitoneally, 10 as control and the orher 20 had no any treatment.The results showed that NADH-diaphorase was mainly observed in late spermatids and Leydig cells, succinate dehydrogenase and cytochrome oxidase in late spermatids, nonspecific esterase in Leydig cells and 5' -nucleotidase in cells of adluminal compartment of seminiferous tubules.No effects on the activity of enzymes in the testes treated by various dosages of nickel chloride were observed. The biological significance of these enzymes in the testes was discussed.
