多胺浸种对油菜抗逆性的影响 被引量:9

摘要 本试验通过用不同浓度梯度的精胺 (Spm)和亚精胺 (Spd)对油菜种子浸种和蕾薹期喷施 ,试验结果表明 :外源多胺能够被植物吸收 ,且能提高植物抗性。各处理与对照相比 ,MDA含量降低 ,电导率减小 ,Proline含量升高 ,SOD和 POD活性均增加。其中两者的最适浓度在 0 .0 1~ 1mmol L- 1 范围内 ,Spm的显效浓度稍低于 Spd,且在浸种上的使用浓度低于蕾薹期 。 The experiment were made on the Rape with different density of Spermine and Spermidine at two stages :seeds' sucking and, buds sprayed.The result showed that the outside Polyamine could be absorbed in the plant itself and improve the plant handiness.Every treatment be compared with the ck,the contents of Malondialdehyde deceased,Electric conductivity deduced,the contents of Proline increased,the vitality of SOD and POD improved.Both the most suitable concentration was in the scope of 0.01-1mmolL -1 .The effective density of Spermine was a bit lower than that of Spermidine and the useful density in the seeds absorbing was lower than in the field buds,But significant.
