摘要
采用左室内充液乳胶囊建立了一种离体大鼠等容左室实验方法。应用此方法可较方便和准确地测量左室压力和容积,从而可获得左室等容峰压-容积关系和舒张末期压力-容积关系。该方法稳定,获得的压力-容积关系具有良好的重现性,且可以反映心室收缩能力和心室可扩张性的变化。
With an intraventricular water-filled balloon, a stable method of the rat isovolumic left ventricle was established. Left ventricular pressure and volume could be measured accuratly and conveniently, and highly reproducible peak isovolumic pressure-volume relation and end-diastolic pressure-volume relation, which serve as indexes of ventricular contractility and distensibility , respectively, were obtained.
