摘要
本文建立了肺动脉压力与容积时相关系的概念,进而分析了肺动脉压力-容积时相在不同病理条件下的变化特点。
The phasic difference between the pulmonary arterial pressure and volume changed periodically inthe cardiac cycles, which showed square spikes at early loading and unloading of the arteries. Thetime lengths of the spikes were equal to the time lags of the volume to pressure of the arteries atthe beginning and end, respectively. The airway pressure, pulmonary venous or arterial clamping andacute hypoxia had no effect on the time lag at the beginning, but increased the time lag at the end.The spike amplitudes of the phasic difference between pulmonary arterial pressure and volumedecreased under increased airway pressure and hypoxia in the early loading, and decreased underhypoxia in the early unloading. In conclusion, the combination of the study of the dynamiccompliance and the phasic analysis of the pressure-volume relations should be a more complete methodfor pulmonary vascular dynamic studies.
