摘要
用搅拌磨对碳化硅进行超细粉碎实验。根据实验数据分析导出粉体中位径与研磨时间、粒度分布积分频率与粒径和研磨时间的函数关系。理论计算值与实验数据拟合程度良好。运用理论推导公式可以预测实验磨中的粉体破碎性能 ,相关数据可以作为指导工业化生产的参考。
An experimental study on silicon carbide comminution with an attrition mill has been carried out.The test data shows the relationship between median diameter of the powder and the grinding time.It is also shows the integral particle size distribution is the function of grinding time and the particle size.The test results and calculation data have a good agreement.Using the equations in this paper engineers can prefigure out the breakage behavior of the silicon carbide micro-sub micro powder in attrition mill.
