摘要
在阐述碳化硅粉搅拌磨湿法研磨试验研究的基础上 ,对国产粉和德国粉的粉碎性能进行了比较。根据试验结果 ,分析了粒度、粒度分布、比表面积与研磨时间之间的相互关系 ,提出了粒度分布和中位径与比表面积的数学模型的假设 ,可为超细粉碎实际应用提供参考。
Based on a description of the experimental study on wet milling of silicon carbide powder using agitating mill, a comparison was made between the pulverizing performances of the domestic and German made silicon carbide powder. According to the test results, the relationship of milling duration with grain size, size distribution and specific surface area was analyzed and a hypothesis was put forward for the mathematical models for the size distribution, median size and specific surface area, which would provide reference significance for practical application of ultrafine silicon carbide powder.
