摘要
本文报告43例肝阳上亢证、19例阴虚阳亢证患者血浆心钠素测定,并与30例健康人对照组比较,均呈心钠素水平降低,三组数据分别为371.12ng/L,329.47ng/L和524.73ng/L。此两组证型之间比较。
Plasma atrial natriuretic polypeptides (ANP) was determined by radioimmunoassay in 43 patients with 'Liver Yang rising Zheng' (LYRZ) , 19 patients with 'Yin dificiency Yang excess Zheng' (YDYEZ) and 30 healthy subjects as control.The level of ANP was 371.12 ±26.24 ng/ L in LYRZ group, 329.47 ± 49.78 ng/ L in YDYEZ group.As compared with the control group524. 73±39.81 ng/ L, the ANP of LYRZ and YDYEZ group were both decreased significantly. The ANP of LYRZ of the patients with hypertension, hyperthyroidism and climacteric syndrome were also decreased.These data coincided with the data of rising level of urinary catecholamines of LYRZ group studied in our laboratory. The result suggests that a series of disturbance of neurohormonal system in LYRZ syndrome may include the alteration of ANP.
