摘要
检测５６例急性脑出血肝阳化风证患者的血浆内皮素，其中４１例作心钠素测定。结果发现；血浆内皮素水平升高，心钠素水平降低；二者呈负相关关系（ｒ＝－０．３２８５，Ｐ＜０．０５）。本文对上述结果进行了分析和探讨。
order to study the connection of plasma endothJin(ET)and atrial natriureticpolypepides(ANP) in the patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage with Liver Yang Form-ing wind Zheng (LYFMZ),plasma ET一1 was determined in 56 cases and ANP was determined in 41 cases with radioimmunoassay,Forty-two healthy suNects were served as con-trol;Compared with the control group,the levels of plasma ET-1 was significantly increasedand ANP was significantly decreased in the patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage withLYFW7(P<0.01,P<0.01).After treatment with traditional Chinese medicine Nao YiAn(NYA),the levels of ET-1 was turned down and the levels of ANP was turned up.Thegrade correlation analyses between the clinical effect and the ET-1 or ANP both proved cor-related(r=-0.3687,P<0.05);r=0.4912,P<0.05)).In addition to the linear regressionanalyses between the ET-1 and ANP proved negatively correlated(r=-0.3285,P<0.05)These findings indicate that those factors by excreting imbalance of vasoconstrictor or va-sodilator peptides by vasocular endothelium cells play an important role and the ET一1 maybe one of an internal injurious factor in the course of progress in the acute cerebral hernor-rhage with LYFWZ.
