摘要
晶体和视网膜紫外线照射及视网膜缺血分别是白内障及视网膜病变的主要原因。本文用电子自旋共振(ESR)方法研究了兔晶体和视网膜经紫外线照射及视网膜缺血-再灌注后自由基信号的变化。发现晶体在紫外线照射后超氧自由基信号出现。视网膜在紫外线照射及缺血-再灌注后有新的自由基信号产生,这种变化可能是晶体和视网膜损伤的重要原因。
Exposure to ultraviolet and subje ction to cischmia are the main causes of cataract and retinopathy. The purpose of this study was to use electron spin resonance (ESR) spectro scopy to demonstrate the generation of free radicals in lens and retina induced by ultraviolet and ischemic reperfusion. The results showed, that the lens revealed a superoxide free radical (O2) signal after exposure to ultraviolet and retina showed new free radicals after exposure to ultraviolet and subjected to ischemic-reperfu sion. These results indicate that the generation of free radicals may be the cause of ultraviolet and ischemic-rep erfusion induced damage in lens and retina.
