摘要
本文报告了采用自体巩膜移植联合后房减压术治疗2例晚期角膜边缘性变性的过程。介绍了联合手术的方法,探讨了该疗法的机制。此法取材容易,操作不复杂。术后视力,角膜厚度和膨隆恢复满意,随访效果良好。
It is reported that two cases of advanced marginal corneal degeneration were treated with autologous scleral transplantation combined with poaterior chamber depressurizing surgery. The visual acurities and scleral grafts were satisfactory postoperatively. The surgical procedure is descried and the possible mecharism of procedure is discussed.
