摘要
采用角膜移植手术治疗9例边缘性角膜变性自发穿孔的病人。随防观察3月～8年,植片全部逶明愈合,无复发和排斥反应发生。将边缘性角膜变性分为四期,并认为第Ⅱ期为手术最佳时机,并就手术方法等问题进行了讨论。
This paper reported 9 cases of corneal perforation with penetrating keratoplasty. After keratoplasty, all corneal grafts were transparent and had no recurrence and exclusion during 3 months to 8 years (average 3.6 years) of followup.
