摘要
在氯化钡、乌头碱、哇巴因、肾上腺素诱发大鼠或家兔心律失常及氯仿诱发小鼠心室颤动等动物模型上,观察短毛五加总甙(AGVPS)的防治作用。结果表明,AGVPS对五种模型均有显著的抗心律失常作用。
The anti-arrhythmic effect of acanthopanax gracilistylus var pubescens (AGVPS) was evaluated im 5 animal models. 1.The ventricular fibrillation induced by chloroform was reduced significantly (P<0.01) by AGVPS 450mg/kg ip in mice.2. The onset of arrhythmias induced by aconitine was delayed significantly (P<0.01) by AGVPS 280mg/ kg iv in rats. 3. The duration of arrhythmias induced by adrenaline was shortened significantly (P<0.01) by AGVPS 150mg / kg iv in rabbits.4. The arrhythmias caused by barium chloride were antagonized immediately by AGVPS 280mg/ kg iv in all experimental rats. 5. The arrhythmias induced by ouabain was antagonized immediately by AGVPS 150mg/kg iv in rabbits. All the arrhythmias in control groups were not antagonized.
