摘要
为观察七叶灵 (由生黄芪、女贞子、天花粉、黄精、石见穿、七叶一枝花、灵芝组成 )对Lewis肺癌细胞 (3LL)荷瘤小鼠的作用 ,将 40只C5 7小鼠以 3LL细胞皮下接种 (80× 10 /只 ) ,1周后随机均分为对照组 (A)、化疗组 (B)、化疗加中药组 (C)和中药组 (D) 4组 ,并予相应的处理 ,A组腹腔注射生理盐水 ,B、C组腹腔注射环磷酰胺 (CTX ,0 2mg·d- 1 ·只 - 1 ) ,连续 2d ,C、D组以七叶灵煎剂灌胃 (0 4ml·d- 1 ·只- 1 ) ,连续 2个月。每周统计死亡率 ,测量肿瘤体积并换算成重量。结果 :第 2 ,3周时 ,B、C、D组肿瘤的重量明显低于A组 ,第 4,5 ,6周仅C组肿瘤重量低于A组 ,但至第 7周。各组于第48天开始出现死亡 ,A组于第 2 8天全部死亡 ,B组 ,至第 63天全部死亡 ,C组于第 77天全部死亡 ,D组于第 13 2天才全部死亡 ,组间比较差异明显。提示 ,七叶灵能延长肿瘤鼠的生存时间 ,其与化疗药物合用能抑制肿瘤的生长。
In order to observe the function of 'Qi Yi Ling'(composed of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,Fructus Ligustri Lucidi,Radix Trichosanthis,Rhizoma Polygonati,Herba Salviae Chinensis,Radix Paris Polyphyllae,Ganoderma lucidum) on pulmonary cancer cells(3LL),40 C57 mice were subcutaneously inoculated with 3LL(80×10/per mouse) and one week later were randomly divided into the control group(A),chemotherapy group(B),chemotherapy plus Chinese medicine group(C) and Chinese medicine group(D) and managed correspondingly.Croup A was injected with physiological saline abdominally.Group B and C were injected with cyclophosphamide(CTX,0 2 mg·d -1 ·per mouse -1 ) continuously for two days.Group C and D were fed with 'Qi Yi Ling Decoction'(0 4 ml·d -1 ·per mouse -1 ) continuously for two menths.The mortality was counted every week and tumor volume was measured and calculated into weight.The results showed that in the second and third week,the tumor weight in Group B,C and D was obviously lower than that in Group A.In the fourth,fifth and sixth week,the tumor weight was lower in Group C only than in Group A,till the seventh week.Death appeared in 28 th day in various groups.All mice died in 28 th day in Group A,in 63 rd day in Group B,in 77 th day in Group C and in 132 nd day in Group D,with significant difference in comparison of the groups.The findings indicate that 'Qi Yi Ling' can prolong the survival time of the tumor mice and its combination with chemotherapeutic drugs can inhibit the growth of the tumor.
