摘要
铁锈症,常引起严重视功能破坏。临床表现形式多样,无可靠诊断依据。误诊病种繁多。本文回顾铁锈症有关文献,对我院接治的34例眼球铁锈症病例在诊断及治疗上进行了简单讨论,并对临床误诊和漏诊的主要原因做了粗浅分析。
The ocular siderosis can cause severe impairment of the visual function, its clinical features are various, Up to now, there is no definite and rcliable dianostic criteria for it, so the misdiagnosis frequently occurs The author reviewed the papers corresponding to ocular siderosis, and gave a brief discussion on diagnosis and treatment for this diease. This paper also analyzed the causes of misdiagnosis and missdiagnosis.
